I have invoices that are paid by card but money is not being transferred to my bank account. Has been over a month. The bank is connected. How do I release these funds?

Hello there, Lisa. Payments are on hold while we review transactions to ensure everything is in order. Let me direct you to the appropriate department to check the status further.

A temporary, reversible pause on funds, often lasting 3-9 days (or up to 31 days for some credit cards), implemented by banks or processors to verify security, prevent fraud, or manage risk. If any issues are found, you will receive an email notification regarding them and follow the suggested actions or resolutions provided.

Funds can be held for the following reasons:

  • Your payment volume exceeds the set limit for your account.
  • A transaction was processed after multiple failed authorization attempts.
  • Your business type requires verification to comply with Intuit's Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Unusual processing patterns detected by our system are flagged as potential risks to you, your customer, or Intuit.

As it has been over a month, we suggest contacting our Customer Phone support team for further assistance. They will help you determine the details of the transaction and assist you with your funds.

To contact:

  1. Sign in to your account, then go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Contact Us from the Search tab.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Choose a way to connect with support.

Let us know if you have further questions and concerns. We are here to help.
