Are you referring to our Customer Support? If so, I suggest reaching back out to them. They can assist you from where you left off with Meriam S.

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Provide us some information about your concern.
  3. Click on the Talk to human button. 
  4. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the  Let's talk button.
