Hi, @yolandastar8. To keep permanent access to your records, you should export your data before canceling because QuickBooks retains your data for one year after cancellation in read-only mode, so you can resubscribe temporarily if needed.
This means you can view reports and existing information. However, you won't be able to create or edit new transactions, and use connected services like bank feeds. After 365 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
A year window may not be sufficient, so I recommend manually exporting your data before cancelling to ensure you have a permanent copy. As for your invoices, go directly to the invoice page, use the filters (optional) and click on the export icon to download.
