Hi there, @apbrownmemorials. QuickBooks relies on your financial institution's systems to sync transactions, and this can be affected by factors such as bank updates, changes, or maintenance.
Before we proceed, could you please share the name of the bank with which you reestablished a connection with QuickBooks? Additionally, knowing if you encounter any errors would be very helpful.
Please check your bank's website for any alerts or notifications that could require your attention. It’s possible that your bank has implemented new security requirements or that you need to reauthorize the connection to pull up those transactions.
For now, you can navigate to the Bank transactions page and manually select Refresh to prompt the system to sync the latest transactions from your bank.

If the issue persists, let's manually import your transactions by clicking on the Import data option in the Gear icon to keep your records up to date.
Once done, you can now match and categorise those transactions to ensure your books are accurate. Please note that this article is from the US, but it applies the same to the UK versions.
