I have upgraded my phone to iPhone 11 and now QB app doesn’t work

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can access your account via mobile app.

 

But first, may I know if you receive an error message? Any information you can provide can help me look for any reports which can be the specific reason why you're unable to access your account.

 

Nevertheless, let's begin our troubleshooting steps by clearing the cache and data of your app. This way, your app removes your saved history that'll optimize its performance and ressolve some errors and issues. To do so:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Choose Storage.
  4. Open your QuickBooks app.
  5. Click Background App Refresh.

However, if your still unable to access your account, you can delete your app and re-install it again so your app can start fresh.
