I had a notification that 7 years of invoices had transferred but don't see them.
Hello there, Derek. The notification you received means that the data is in the system. The reason you can't see those invoices is due to the default view.
To view your historical invoices, navigate to All apps, then select Sales & Get paid > Sales Transactions. Look for the Type tab and select Invoices. For Dates, select All. Once the process is complete, it will display all the migrated invoices.
Regarding your one open invoice, you can confirm and search for it by following the steps above and adding the customer's name in the Customer tab. I will provide a sample screenshot below.
If that invoice does not appear after you search, you can manually create it in QuickBooks.

Hi and thanks for the response. When I go to Sales transactions I just get a 'Create, send and track invoices, message with a button to 'Create an invoice'. I don't see the tab to select invoices and dates.

You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
