May I know if you have multiple companies in your QuickBooks? It's possible, as you might've logged in to an incorrect one, which is the US version of your company.
If you've identified that you're in the right company when pressing the agency, it's possible that you subscribed to the US version. If so, we can cancel the US version and resubscribe to the UK version.
Here's how:
- Head to the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
