I'm closing my business but I still need to submit my tax return in January if I cancel my subscription will all my information disappear on QB

Your data will not disappear but you will not have access unless you resubscribe in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Badapple.

If you cancel your subscription, you can still use QBSE until the end of your billing period. However, your data will be stored on our server for one year after cancellation. We recommend exporting your data before canceling to ensure you have a backup.

Here's how to cancel your subscription:

If you purchased your account directly from QuickBooks or Intuit, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Select Billing Info, then click Cancel subscription.

You can  resubscribe in January to file your taxes and continue working on your books.
