For iOs:
- Go to the Settings, then tap General.
- Select iPhone Storage, then press the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App. This will give you more storage space without deleting your app’s saved documents or data.
For Android:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Choose Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Click YES to confirm.
