Before proceeding, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot to visualize the discrepancies in the Cash balance between what you see in your QBO mobile app and when you sign in to your account through your MacBook. Just be sure to hide any Personally Identifiable Identification (PII) for security purposes.
To clarify, the Cash balance represents the total amount of real-time balances of the bank accounts you've linked to QuickBooks Solopreneur and the cash you manually recorded. Whatever data is reflected on the web version should also be reflected on the QBO mobile app.
To locate the ghost transaction, start by having a list of transactions via the web browser and comparing it to your mobile app. Here's how:
1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Click on View my cash flow in the Cash Balance box.
3. Select each linked bank account or cash transaction; this will take you to the Transactions tab.
4. Review the listed transactions and compare them with those in your mobile app.
