I’m trying to connect my bank account It accepts it until final stage where it asks how the account will be used - I click on business only then go to save & it freezes

There are several reasons why a specific page may not load or freeze when working in QuickBooks Online, Sally.

 

This can include having special characters in your company name, two or more adjacent dollar signs ($$, $$$, etc.) in any list or transaction data, or opening QBO with more than one browser tab simultaneously.

 

Aside from that, too much data and other browser issues can cause some pages to not load up correctly. In that case, I recommend some steps to make sure you can add your bank successfully:

 

First, add Intuit as a trusted site.

 

Then, delete cache and Intuit-specific cookies to quickly fix some of the most common browser issues. Use these links for a step-by-step guide, depending on the browser that you're using:

After that, restart your browser and log back into QuickBooks to check if you're able to get past the final stage.
