Let's go through a series of troubleshooting steps  to ensure you can log in to the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app, tdaws46.

 

Excess data on your device may impact its performance. To reset your device while keeping your app's documents and data, follow these steps:

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then click the QBSE app.
  3. Tap Offload App.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. select Apps.
  3. Choose QBSE app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select Clear Data.

 

In the meantime, you can access your account through a mobile browser to get back to work.
