Do you require assistance with any concerns you are experiencing with QuickBooks Online (QBO)? You can always post them here in the Community, and I can sort it out with you. If you still want to contact someone from our Technical Support Team, you can do so by following the steps below:


  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose the Call us option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hello David, if you ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337, the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile and the agent on the phone will be able to look into this more for you.
