Hi there, Roger. What is the name of the bank you would like to connect your account to? It is possible that your bank is not supported in connecting with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Also, I recommend signing in to your bank account's website to check for ongoing maintenance or system issues. Sometimes, connectivity problems can arise if the bank is performing updates or experiencing outages.
If there's none, you can access your QBO account using a different supported browser. There may be a temporary issue with QBO or the browser you're using.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions into QBO using a CSV file.
