You can update your telephone number on file in the Intuit Account Manager. To access it in your QuickBooks Online account, follow the steps below:
- Go to your Profile next to the Gear icon.
- Click the Manage your Intuit Account.
- Go to the Sign-in & security menu.
- Choose the Phone section. Click the Change link beside your old phone number.
- Make your changes. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
- Once done, select Save.
Please note that any changes you make apply to all of your Intuit accounts.
