I want to change paying via Apple to business debit card so I can upgrade my subscription

I want to change paying via Apple to business debit card so I can upgrade my subscription. QB won’t let me change it and keeps telling me to go to Apple subscription to change but that gives no option to upgrade?

Managing a QuickBooks plan varies depending on where you purchased your subscription. Since you mentioned Apple, it appears your subscription is through them. You can update the billing information using Apple Billing on your iPhone or iPad.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings, select your name, then select iTunes & App Store.
  2. Select your Apple ID, then select View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
  3. Select Payment Information.
  4. Update your payment information to reflect your current financial institution.
  5. Select Done.

 

In case you still don't have the option to upgrade your subscription after following the steps, I suggest contacting the Apple Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and deeply investigate why you don't see an option to change your plan.

 

However, if you want to change the entire payment method or transfer your billing from Apple to Intuit, you'll need to cancel your account first on the Apple App Store and resubscribe directly within your QuickBooks account.
