When you create a transaction after updating the sales price items without refreshing your account, QuickBooks Online may use the old price on the new transaction.
With that, we can refresh your company to ensure that all changes are correctly applied and reflected in your QuickBooks Online account.
To start, refresh the page by clicking the Refresh icon in your browser or by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.
You'll also want to consider logging in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser or using other supported browsers for the best experience.
