In the phone app I am trying to add an exspense. It will not let me enter a value for the exspense. I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled and still problem

In the phone app I am trying to add an exspense. It will not let me enter a value for the exspense. I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled and still problem

I want to ensure this is taken care of, @hornerfarm.

 

We can try logging in to your browser and check if your QuickBooks Online (QBO) works well. If it does, go back to your mobile app and clear the app data.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Menu icon, then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.

Once done, you can close and reopen the mobile app and check if it's working fine. Also, I'd suggest restarting your phone.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can run a screen-sharing session to help verify what's causing the issue.
