Invoices are not working in the app. When I use desktop my logo, payment details and default settings are all there, but when I create an invoice in app they are blank

Invoices are not working in the app. When I use desktop my logo, payment details and default settings are all there, but when I create an invoice in app they are blank

  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.

  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Thanks for getting back to me. 

 

I have already tried clearing the cache and storage in my phones app settings, as well as reinstalling the QuickBooks app. 

 

Those instructions you have shared for the android QB app don't appear to apply on my phone. When I'm in the QuickBooks app, I can only see MENU > GEAR ICON > and then no option for refreshing data?
