Invoices for different projects with different email address and project names

I am looking to set up invoices for different projects within the Custom form styles section.  I have created a new style with the projects bank details but the name and the email address seem to default to that on the master form.  As it is different teams that work on the projects I would want the correct email address showing.

Invoices for different projects with different email address and project names

Hi, @Pulteneytown.

When creating a new invoice with a customised style, make sure to pick the desired template from the Customise tab. I'll show you how.

  1. Go to the +New icon, then click on Invoice under Customers.
  2. Select the template you want to use for your invoice.
  3. Fill in the details, then go to the Customise tab.
  4. Save the transaction.

On the other hand, you can also set up a sub customer to use a unique email address for your new projects.

Here's how:

  1. Click on Sales at the left pane, then click on Customers.
  2. Tap on the New customer tab.
  3. Enter the project's details, then input the email address.
  4. Mark the box beside the Is sub-customer, the pick the parent customer's name.
  5. Select either to bill with the parent or with the sub-customer alone.
  6. Once done, hit Save.

When creating a new invoice with the project, the email address will automatically show up on the Email section.
