Invoices from selfito sole t ader hasnt transferred over

Good day. When migrating from QuickBooks Self-Employed to a new account, please note that the process can take some time. It is common for data to take up to 72 hours to fully populate.

 

You can try migrating your invoices in an incognito or private window to see if the migration failure is due to a system error or cached browser data.

 

If the problem persists in a private browser and 72 hours have passed without your data appearing, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Live Support team for immediate assistance. They have the tools to check your account and identify the cause of the delay.
