Hello Tina4, Welcome to the community page, What exactly happens when you try to reconnect your Lloyds bank account up? Do you get any error messages or codes showing up at all? How are you doing the Connection is it on the web browser version or the app version of QuickBooks and is it on a mobile or laptop/pc ?
