I've not been able to log in for a few days now and the reason I got the app is to keep on top of my accounting

Is anyone else struggling to get into the app?

We have two ways to troubleshoot logging in to your QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE), Claire. I'll be with you every step of the way to guide you through each process.

 

Before doing so, did you encounter an error message when logging in to your account?

 

In the meantime, we can troubleshoot your QBSE app by removing any unnecessary accumulated data that causes the errors. To guide you through the process, please follow these detailed steps:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or choose the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

Once you have followed all the steps outlined, take a moment to restart your device to ensure the changes take effect properly.

 

On the other hand, you can log in to your account through your mobile web browser and check other supported browsers that work perfectly with QuickBooks Self-Employed.
