In the meantime, let's try to manually update the bank. This helps us refresh the account inside QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
- Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
- Click the Update button.
If transactions are still not downloading, let's sign in to your bank's website. Check for any notifications or alerts. This can block our program to download new transactions.
