We sincerely apologise, this issue had emerged earlier today and had resolved however it has surfaced again. We can assure you that our engineers are working expediently to resolve the issue.

This is still happening - any news on when the issue will be resolved?  Clearing cache is not working.  Incognito window is not working either!

We are unable to provide you with a time frame for when this issue will be resolved, however we can assure you that our engineers are working expeditiously to resolve the issue and we apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
We would be grateful if you can select Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.

It has been happening since yesterday this for me. Not great when you are trying to pay your employees. Please sort it out Quickbooks.

 

30 to 45 min wait time on support line but guessing it's a system-wide issue.

You maybe able to resolve the issue by selecting Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard, or using a private/incognito window or clearing the cache and cookies on your browser.
