Just noticed, since an update a couple of days ago that the preview feature or the print function (invoice) is not working on the app.Can we have an update please?

Compiled an invoice, tried to print it or preview it, and it just hangs.

To confirm, are you accessing the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app through an iPhone or Android device?

 

If you're using an Android device, let's refresh your app's data to isolate the issue:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Applications or Application Manager.
  3. Select the QuickBooks Mobile app from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage, then Clear Data.

 

Once you encounter the same problem, I recommend updating the app from your device's Google Play Store. If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to narrow down the result.

However, if you're using the QBO app for iPhone devices, I recommend contacting our Support Team. If you’re referring to the IOS app, the print/preview issue started with an update around 24th March, and is currently still ongoing.

 

Quickbooks are working on fixing on case INV-121598. Received an email update today saying fix should be released on 14th April.

 

It affects all previews, eg invoice preview, payment preview, attachment preview etc.
