I'm going to be taking some Mat Leave later this year and as I wont be working I'd like to suspend my account and then reactivate it once I am back at work-how can I do this so that all my info will still be there when I get back? Thanks!
Thanks for your time posting in the Community, @GM330. I'll share some insight and help you with your query about suspending an account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please know that once you’ve suspended your account, you can only access QBSE through the end of your billing period. Here’s how:
Here’s an article you can refer to for more details about this process: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.
Once you’re back and ready to reactivate your QBSE account, you can utilize this resource here for more details: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Furthermore, check out this article if you want to consider exporting your data for the time being while your account is suspended: Export your data from QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you have any further questions or concerns about managing your accounts, please know that you can always tag my name. I'm here to help you in any way I can. Enjoy your day!
