My account says he is accepting my invitation but he can't seem to get my business onto his desktop/user face. I'm not familiar how the accounts end looks or works.

My account says he is accepting my invitation but he can't seem to get my business onto his desktop/user face. I'm not familiar how the accounts end looks or works.

When your accountant receives an email about the invitation, you’ll know they accepted your request when the status on the Manage Users page changes from Invited to Active, Info2180.



If your accountant already has a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, once they accept the invitation, they need to sign in to their account. It will direct them to a page where they can select which business or company file they will manage for you. They can also switch client files in their end view. Please see the screenshot below:

 


If they don’t, they will need to sign up first. Please note that signing up is free and allows them to access all the features available in your version of QuickBooks Online at no cost to you. If your accountant has added the incorrect company file, you can remove and re-invite them to make the necessary corrections.
