My accountant can no longer access my account. I have resent them an invitation but they bare still blocked.

I recognize how important it is for your accountant to have access to assist with your financial management, snappywood. Let me provide additional information through the process.

Before we proceed, did your accountant encounter an error message while accessing your account in QuickBooks Self Employed? Any information is appreciated.

When resending the invitation to your accountant, please ensure that you are using the same email address they are using. Since you mentioned your accountant is still blocked after you resent the invitation, it’s possible that a temporary browser issue is causing this.

To start troubleshooting, log in to your QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE) account using a private browsing window. Here are the shortcut keys for opening a private browser window on different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If this works, you will need to clear your browser's cache to refresh the system. If you encounter the same issue while using a private browser, I recommend trying a different browser.

Just in case, your accountant can also try re-accessing your QBSE company data by following the same browser troubleshooting steps above. Your accountant can also perform self-help options detailed in this article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.

Once done, you're now ready to work with your self-employed entries. For your guide, you can open the topics from this link: Help articles, video tutorials, and more.
