My barclays personal account has stopped connecting to QuickBooks, anyone else experiencing the same issue?

 

 Hi @hello03.

 

Barclays may have updated their security details or having system maintenance. That said, I recommend updating its connection to your QBSE account.

 

This will refresh the connection between your bank and our software.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all

 

If the issue persists, I strongly suggest reaching out to our Care Support team. They have tools to create a new case and escalate it with our product engineers:

 

Here's how:

  1. Visit our website
  2. Select QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Ask Your Question.
