My EPS submission has been rejected - it says - due to departmental specific business logic in the body tag? Could you advise what this means?

This notification pops-up when the filling schedule in QuickBooks Online is not the same with what is input in your gateway account. Please check this article for more information: Submit EPS to HMRC in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.

However, if the filling schedule is the same in your gateway account, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team. They can perform a screen sharing session to help you through. 

1. Go to ? Help and select Contact us.
2. Enter your concern, such as "EPS submission failed" or "The submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific business logic in the body tag."
3. Click Let’s talk.
4. Choose how to connect with them.
5. Follow the on-screen instruction and then confirm the request.
