This notification pops-up when the filling schedule in QuickBooks Online is not the same with what is input in your gateway account. Please check this article for more information: Submit EPS to HMRC in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.
However, if the filling schedule is the same in your gateway account, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team. They can perform a screen sharing session to help you through.
