Hello there, officesupport. The name you’re seeing on your Intuit billing invoices comes from your Intuit Account profile, not from QuickBooks Online Company Settings. If the former employee created the original account, their name may still be associated with the account (Auth ID).
To update the name, log in to your Intuit account, then navigate to Account Settings > Sign in & Security, and update the name to the current contact person.
Once updated, the new name should appear on future billing invoices.
