my QB no longer connects to my Starling bank account says pop ups are blocking it

Hello there, Hayden. Since Starling Bank requires a separate window for authorization, your browser is likely blocking it as a security measure.

 

To fix this, you just need to disable the pop-up blocker in your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge). Here is how to do it:

 

  1. Look at the address bar (where the URL is) while you are trying to connect.
  2. Click the pop-up icon (usually a small window with a red 'x').
  3. Select 'Always allow pop-ups and redirects from...' and click Done.

 

Once you've done that, try connecting again, and the Starling window should appear normally.
