We're not aware of any issues accessing the supplier list in QuickBooks Online.
Please see if you're able to access by opening a different web browser to sign into QuickBooks and click the Expenses tab > Suppliers (Take me there).
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
