Hi there, channeljam. Bank feed interruptions can happen for several technical reasons.
To make sure we're giving you the right information, can you tell us the name of your bank and whether you're seeing a specific error message when you try to update?
In the meantime, follow these steps on how to refresh the bank account:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Manage accounts.
- Click Refresh or Refresh all.
- Wait for the update to complete.

Once done, go back to the Transactions tab to check if new transactions are now downloaded.
