Since you have already performed different troubleshooting steps and confirmed that everything is clear on the bank side, but the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Live Support team so they can review the connection on your account and help you resolve it.
You can follow the steps below to contact our support team:
- Select the Help (?) icon.
- In the Assistant window, type and contact support.
- Click the Contact a human then select Live Chat/Call me back option.
In the meantime, you can download the missing transactions from your bank’s website and upload them into QuickBooks using a CSV file to keep your records up to date.
