I have an employee who left in Jan-18 and is back now.
Can I re-use the old employee somehow?
Do I have to set up a new employee and put a full stop at the end of the surname to differentiate them? - This is what Sage needs.
Will there then be a problem as the NI number is the same as a previous employee?
Has anyone solved this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.
You will need to set the employee up as a new employee and enter their current year to date figures. The system will allow you to use the same name and NI number as the inactive employee :)
