Hello there, yasin-europe-com.

You can reclassify the added class to another type of available class. And, take note that we cannot leave it blank. You may want to create another one as "not specified" and use it as a placeholder. You can use this article for the detailed steps and additional tips: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once

Another option is to try looking for a third-party application that helps you classify the class to specified at once. If you found one, integrate it into QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
  2. Enter a keyword in the search field.

Also, I recommend you visit our QuickBooks Blog website to know our latest features and product enhancement.

Let me know if you have other questions. Take care.
