Hi,
Just running a payrun on Advance QBs. I have got draft payslips and they seem to have the previous months pay categories listed that now have zero values. How do i remove these? and only show pay categories are that have a value?

Hello Vruti,
Yes that is correct so if say this period they didn't get a bonus and it was zero, this will still show up on the payslip, so it will say bonus, then show no numbers the only number for the bonus will be in the year to date section of who much bonus they have received so far.
Hi there, @vruti jivan.
Thanks for visiting the Community. I'm here to help ensure the old pay categories that now have zero values are removed in the payslips.
You can check the boxes to hide the leave detail section in the payslips so it won't show anymore. See the screenshot below for the specific boxes that you'll have to check :
Don't forget to click Save to keep the changes. Once done, create a pay run and review the payslips. I'd also appreciate it if you can specify which pay categories you're trying to hide so I can further assist you.
For future reference, read through these articles to help you learn about making changes to your PayRun, and how to take control of what should appear in your employees' payslips:

Thank you @katherinejoyceO ,
I am looking to Hide Pay Categories such as a Bonus rather then leave categories? I can not see the same options when i go to Pay Categories.

Hello Vruti,
Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page,
In Quickbooks Advanced payroll there is no way of hiding the pay categories such as bonus that you pay to your employees.
Thank you @Ashleigh1 .
Even if the value this period is Zero?
Does this mean if they were paid a bonus in period 2 only, the category would a appear on each payslip going forward, even if the value is zero?
