Products & services module - name not allowing us to enter the symbol /

A new glitch in QBO: We have been using QBO Plus since 2022 and have thousands of entries in Products and Services.  The field NAME no longer allows us enter the symbol /  - so if we update any existing Products that include / in the name, we have to remove it.

I'd ask Support but I don't have the resilience to spend an hour on CHAT like I had to this morning for another issue.  A phone call would be so much quicker, but we cannot avail of telephone support in Ireland ...

Hi MCooney Thanks for reaching out to us here on the community. We're aware of the issue that you're experiencing and it's been raised to our engineers to investigate and hopefuly a resolution will be implemented as soon as possible. I will create a case and add it/your details to the investigation and if there any updates or when the issue is resolved you'll be notified by email from the case. I will also email you from the case to confirm the above.
