Purchase Orders

Hi,

Please advise who can raise PO's. Is it only those with log in details? If other employees in other departments also need to raise PO's would they require log in details and is there a cost involved in allowing more employees access?

Purchase Orders

Hi, can someone advise if the Quick Books PO systems allows for the following:

  • Multi-step approvals by email help control spend
  • Purchases orders can be sent automatically
  • Users can easily receipt their purchases
  • Invoices are emailed into Quick Books and matched
  • Report on all spend and accrue for costs
  • Create budgets for departments or projects
  • Ring-fence spend and control project costs
