I'm trying to move to QB Online as you have cancelled payroll but when I try to set it up the export fails!

We would like to get this resolved for you so that you can begin using the Quickbooks online payroll can we just confirm:

 

When you export the desktop file do you get an error message?

What year desktop do you have, for example, desktop pro-2018?

When did you set up the QuickBooks Online account?

QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Year End Support

My Pc has auto updated to the new Paysuite unfortunately  I was unable to finalise the pay year as I was waiting on confirmation of the furlough payments and how to process them through quickbook pay suite now I have no data cannot process a P45 or my P60 is there any way around this data loss

Since your payroll data was lost after the auto-update, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can look into your QuickBooks account and help you recover your lost data. They can also help you process a P45 or your P60 form.

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent.
