I'd like to inform you that we currently have an ongoing issue, wherein customers received an error stating that all Reimburse Charge CCBT sequences need to be mapped.
Our developers are already working to identify the root cause of this matter so they can apply a resolution in a timely manner.
For now, to stay in the loop with the latest process of this problem, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, you'll be notified whenever any updates of this issue are made available.

- Click on Help at the top menu bar.
- Hit on the Contact Us button.
- Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
- Press on Let's talk.
- Select on Get a callback.
- Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
