Before we proceed, could you clarify what you mean by "retrieve"? Are you referring to transactions that were already in QuickBooks Online, but you're unable to find them? Or are you saying those transactions were missing when you connected your bank, and you want to add them to QuickBooks?
If the transactions are already in QuickBooks but you can’t find them, we can start by reviewing the three tabs in the Banking section. In the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded. Using the Custom Date Range filter set from April 1 to April 30, 2024, we can check if these transactions appear in any of the tabs.
However, if the transactions were never imported when connecting your bank account, please note that QuickBooks Online typically imports data from the past 90 days or more, though the exact period may vary based on your financial institution’s policies.
With that said, we can manually upload that data back to April 2024 using a CSV file. This process ensures your financial records remain complete and accurate, reflecting all transactions you need.
