Last week I migrated from desktop to online
I believe (although I am now not so hopeful) that up until yesterday my customers were receiving invoices by email.
Today this has for some reason stopped
I have cleared browsing / cache etc
I have used different search engines to open QBO
I have given them safe senders information
They have checked junk folders etc
The invoices are marked as sent but are not going through
I already have another simple problem logged with your engineers (still waiting on reply) and having been pushed to this 'upgrade' due to you no longer supporting payroll QBD. I am starting to lose faith !
