Did you get an error 102? If so, this means that QuickBooks is unable to connect to your bank's website at the moment. Our engineers are still working on resolving this issue.
In the meantime, please contact our Phone Support Team. This way, we can add your company information to the list of affected users.
Here’s how:
- Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- Enter your question and click Let's talk.
- Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
