Quickbooks database for Common Data Service usage

Good afternoon everyone,

The Quickbooks Web Connector is not working for my company again (not sure why or where to get support for this) so we want to try using the Microsoft Powerapps Common Data Service to feed data to Dynamics 365.

Unfortunately, we cannot locate the Quickbooks database in order to connect to it. Does anyone know where Quickbooks stores data for the Enterprise edition? Thank you!

Quickbooks database for Common Data Service usage

Hello Solid Bear,

You can add the application to the Web Connector again using the .qwc file. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

  1. On your Web Connector, click Add Application.
  2. Browse to the third party application's .qwc file.
  3. Click the .qwc file and click Open.

The .qwc file will be provided to you by the third-party web application's provider. This file must be downloaded to your computer. Please contact your third-party provider for assistance.

Your file location is in C:\Users\Public\AppData\local\IntuitQuickBooks Web Connector\version directory.
