Signing In

For some reason i can not login online anymore. when i put my user name and password in it says oops something went wrong. but when i use the same login on the app its fine???

I'm here to help get everything lined out for you today with regards to your account in QuickBooks Online.

 

Can you share with me which browser you encounter the issue? If you're using the Chrome browser, please know there's an ongoing investigation (INV-34352) that our product engineers are working for a complete fix.

 

There's a third-party extension called "IBM Security Trusteer Rapport" blocking login attempts for QuickBooks Online. You can either log into your account using a private browser or disable the extension through the browser settings.

 

I also recommend contacting QuickBooks Support to ensure you'll be on the list of affected users. Here are the steps on how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click the Contact us hyperlink.
