Hello there, @dannylawrence.
This error is usually caused by an intermittent connection to the Intuit server and/or a lot of stored cache. Let perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this.
For me to help you better, I’d appreciate it if you can provide me some details about which account you were trying to update.
In the meantime, you can perform the task again using an incognito/private browser where there's no saved cache.
You can use these keyboard shortcuts in opening an incognito browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you’re able to successfully perform your task, you may need to clear your default browser’s internet files. This way, you can offload some data and optimize it.
But if you’re still getting the same error, you can use another browser.
Please don’t hesitate to let me know further details about this, or if you have any other questions. I’d be happy to help you.
