Recurring Invoices

hi im trying to set quickbooks up so it will send my invoices out once a month automatically. is there any way of customising the covering email to be used for each customer?

Hi @eastcheshire,

 

I'm here to share insight on your query about recurring invoices.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you have the option to use a different template for any given recurring transaction. Although, the cover email you mentioned, or the Email message that comes along each sent invoice, stays the same.

 

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Recurring transactions.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Choose Invoice on the Transaction Type drop-down menu.
  5. Tap OK.
